BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment and Cancellations:

Payment is taken at time of booking to secure your appointment. We do not offer refunds once a booking is made but we are happy to reschedule any appointment provided a minimum of 24 hours notice is received. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full session fee for your booking will be charged.

Late arrivals:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, you will be recorded as a no show and the full session fee will be charged.

Contact outside of sessions:

Contact with your therapist outside of sessions is strictly limited to administrative tasks such as rearranging appointments or forwarding homework. Therapy will only be delivered during scheduled session times.

Personal Data:

We ask you for some personal details such as address, date of birth, medical history and contacts for your GP and a nominated emergency contact prior to your first session. For some therapies such as counselling, brief anonymous notes may be taken to keep track of progress or to share in supervision. Confidentiality:

Content of sessions is confidential with the following exceptions:

-        If you reveal you intend to harm yourself or another person

-        If you reveal that a child is being or is in danger of abuse

-        If you are physically or verbally abusive or threatening to your therapist

-        If we are compelled to reveal information by a court order

 If we need to breach confidentiality, this will be discussed with you and where possible we will seek your consent for the course of action to be taken.

Complaints policy:

If you have any complaints about any service provided by Space to Tame, please contact sujarda@spacetotame.com in the first instance and we will work with you to resolve any issues. If you do not feel it appropriate to discuss your issues directly, or if you feel there is a professional conduct or ethical issue. you can complain to the relevant professional body of which we are members:
